Who is Dr. Roger Hall?

Dr. Roger Hall helps people learn to monitor and manage their thinking. For 25 years, he has consulted with leaders from all types of companies, judges in federal courts, company owners, executives, university faculty, social workers, teachers, nurses, construction workers, landscapers, and box-makers. He helps his clients become better versions of themselves so they can improve their own lives and the lives of those they serve.

He and his wife Patty live outside Boise, Idaho. They currently live on the edge of the Boise National Forest where they look out their window down a canyon onto a hillside of pine trees. They traded the nighttime sounds of car alarms for elk bugling in their yard. They have cat that retrieves and a Labrador that doesn’t.  They have two horses that act like eight-year-old boys at recess.

He is grateful to be the father of three great children: Sam, Luke, and Grace.
